Your individual budget of coins, or "change" is kept in a zippered pocket in a key case/coin holder and is transferred to the opposite side as food is consumed during the day. In essence, you "buy" your budgeted amount of foods for the day. The system is very simple because all of the instructions are printed on the coins which are as close as your keys.

 

How to Use The Behavioral Change Coin System

You simply place your individual "daily budget" of coins into a pocket on one side of the Behavioral Change key case/coin holder at the beginning of each day. This is your budget for the day.

As you eat during the day, you just move the appropriate coin(s) to the other side of the key case/coin holder. When you have "spent" all of your coins...you’re are finished eating for the day. The beauty is that you have eaten the proper quantity of the right foods!
