Steady Weight Loss Program

The Frequent Feeding program is designed for people who want to sustain a steady weight loss program, but need more flexibility or want more choices in their nutritional program. It consists of three mini-meals, two snacks, and a normal main meal.


Three Mini-Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Mid-Afternoon
The mini-meals are comprised of a complex carbohydrate food and a lean protein food. The lean protein and complex carbohydrate can be selected from the list.


Two Snacks: Mid-Morning, Evening
Your snacks will consist of a whole fruit, fresh vegetables, one of the complex carbohydrates from the list or other low-fat/low sugar foods of your choice.


One Main Meal: Lunch or Dinner
Follow the same main meal guidelines described for the Rapid Reduce program.

* You may have unlimited low-starch vegetables at any time.

Example Day:
Breakfast Multi-grain bagel; Formula One recipe
Formulas 2 & 3 (optional)
Mid-AM Snack Whole Fruit
Lunch Mini-Meal Grilled chicken breast, wheat roll, garden salad
Mid-PM Mini-Meal Whole grain crackers; Formula One recipe or tablets
Dinner Garden salad (nonfat dressing), grilled or baked fish, grean beans, whole grain roll, Formulas 2 & 3.
Mid-PM Snack Whole fruit, fig bars, Graham Crackers, yogurt or other low-fat/low sugar food
